We’ve just heard a track called: ‘Need somebody’ by a very interesting recording artist from Columbus, Ohio, USA called
DJ’s and radio presenters often express that some of the current artists lack a bit of substance, compared to the music of days gone by.
It is therefore a great pleasure to hear Lekan’s latest offering. His song and production incorporates an eclectic mix of retro genres to produce a wonderfully refreshing song.
It’s not very often that an artist steps out of their usual comfort zone to produce music - creating their own unique & timeless sound, whilst delivering lyrics of love, sex, heartache, infatuation, and inspiration. All very much designed to invoke a wide range of emotions.
Lekan obviously has huge potential and is therefore one to watch in 2023.
